Initially, electric vehicles (EVs) were considered good options to save on gas and decrease the car maintenance budget. Now given the result of emissions on the environment, EVs are attracting focus as an environmentally friendly and green choice that supports consumer demands.

Consider These Projected Trends:

1. Consumer Demand. A range of 30 to 45 percent of vehicle buyers in the United States

and Germany is considering an EV purchase today.

2. Economic Impact. Battery prices have decreased by about 80 percent since 2010.

3. Regulatory Requirements. Increased emission and fuel goals on the local and global turf are moving many to consider EVs.
